Cognizant is hiring fresh graduates for a Non-Voice role. Candidates should be willing to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle operational and customer success responsibilities.
Must Have Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Geography, Management, Mathematics, Science, Computers or Engineering
- Freshers or 0–6 months of experience in similar environments
- AMCAT cognitive threshold of 1100 in Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Skills and Reading Comprehension
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate collaborative culture
- Technologically savvy with ability to understand technical products
- Strong familiarity with Google products such as Chrome, Docs, Trix
- Quick learner with ability to understand complex processes
- Ensure high quality delivery and process compliance
Additional Preferences
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
- Basic understanding of driving laws, lane guidelines and traffic signals
- Driving experience is an added advantage
