The Centre Manager is the face of a Cult.fit centre and is responsible for delivering a seamless member experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This role demands strong ownership, customer focus, and passion for fitness and service.
- Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells
- Drive walk-in and trial conversions
- Manage membership documentation through portal
- Ensure smooth daily centre operations
- Monitor class schedules and trainer punctuality
- Conduct daily facility and safety audits
- Manage inventory and essential supplies
- Build strong member relationships
- Handle escalations professionally
- Collect and document member feedback
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets
- High member satisfaction and retention
- Strong audit scores and centre performance
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
- 2–5 years experience in sales, operations, retail, hospitality, or service roles
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- High ownership and problem-solving ability
- Passion for fitness and wellbeing (preferred)
