Job Opening: Healthcare Process Executive
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business needs
- Book patient appointments
- Explain healthcare packages clearly
- Support patient queries using medical or process knowledge
- 5 working days with 2 split week offs
- Rotational shifts for male employees
- Day rotational shifts for female employees
- No cab facility
- Qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Regional languages like Telugu, Hindi, Odia preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical processes
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Healthcare BPO or customer service experience preferred
