- Oversee and coordinate the entire incident management process.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and resolve incidents to minimize business impact.
- Work closely with multiple teams to ensure effective incident resolution.
- Apply lessons learned to prevent future incidents.
- Handle calls, chats, emails, and service requests.
Operational Hours: 24/7 (Rotational shifts, including night shifts)
Work Mode: 5 days Work From Office (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (10+2+3 Graduation mandatory)
- 6 Months – 3 Years experience in Service Desk (Calls, Chats, Emails, Requests)
