Job Description
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer emails and written complaints clearly.
  • Record all interactions in the CRM system as per guidelines.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and service quality.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center.
  • Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Experience with CRM or case management tools is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
