- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer emails and written complaints clearly.
- Record all interactions in the CRM system as per guidelines.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Ensure positive customer experience and service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center.
- Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Experience with CRM or case management tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
