We are looking for a skilled French Language Expert based in Hyderabad to support business operations through high-quality French language communication. The role involves interacting with French-speaking customers or clients, handling written and verbal communication, and supporting internal teams. The candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
- Handle French language communication via email, chat, or voice
- Translate and interpret content between French and English
- Provide customer or client support with high quality standards
- Follow process guidelines, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
- French language proficiency (B1 / B2 / C1 / C2 preferred)
- Good command of English language
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and comprehension skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and week-offs
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
- 0 – 2 years experience in BPO, KPO, customer support, or language process
- Experience with international clients or multilingual processes is an advantage
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
