Job Description
- Analyze outstanding claims and initiate collection as per aging reports
- Follow up on denials and handle appeals when required
- Document claim actions in client software
- Build good rapport with insurance carrier representatives
- Improve collection percentage
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Good keyboard skills and MS Office knowledge
- Medical billing AR or claims experience is an added advantage
- Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)
