- Make outbound calls to potential learners
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Update and maintain records using CRM tools
- Work closely with marketing and product teams
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 0 – 2 years experience in B2C inside sales
- Experience in EdTech or service industry is a plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce is an advantage
