Simplilearn is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist for its B2C Sales team. This individual contributor role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable programs to help them succeed.
- Proactively connect with potential learners through outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and provide customized course recommendations
- Convert leads into paying customers using consultative selling techniques
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through proactive follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share market feedback
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–5 years of B2C inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech
- Strong ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends
