The Insurance Operations Trainee/Associate will manage day-to-day backend operations involving customers and diagnostic centers. The role involves coordination between internal stakeholders and end customers, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, medical assessments, and timely closure of medical reports.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in backend operations
- Clinical / Medical background is an advantage OR any graduation
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada
- Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam)
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong team player with openness to feedback
- Knowledge of MS Office and professional emailing
- Work as an agent within the Operations team
- Ensure daily targets for booking, attendance, reports, and email handling
- Monitor and follow up with diagnostic centers for report closures
- Ensure zones and cities meet operational targets
- Maintain TAT for report closure and end-to-end fulfillment
