Role & Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announce clients, as necessary.
- Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks: copying, faxing, taking notes, making travel plans.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Answer phones professionally and route calls as necessary.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Hire, manage, and develop junior administrative team.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Professional dress and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Team player, flexible in helping with various tasks.
