Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Announce clients, as necessary.
  • Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks: copying, faxing, taking notes, making travel plans.
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms.
  • Answer phones professionally and route calls as necessary.
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Hire, manage, and develop junior administrative team.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule appointments.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Professional dress and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Team player, flexible in helping with various tasks.
