Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Cultfit, you will be responsible for hiring top talent for Fitness Instructors and Group Class Instructors across Cult gyms. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, campus and walk-in drives
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and culture fit
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation
  • Track hiring metrics and prepare reports using Excel
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in bulk hiring
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
