Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce programs
- Make outbound calls to clients and explain offerings
- Engage in active listening to understand parents’ needs
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve strategies
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and persuasive with strong rapport-building ability
- Active listening skills to understand customer concerns
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience using CRM software and telecom tools
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications preferred)
