Home Credit is hiring Telecollection Executives to manage customer follow-ups and collection activities through outbound calls. Candidates should be comfortable speaking Hindi and willing to join immediately.
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments
- Follow up and negotiate payment schedules
- Ensure timely collection and resolution of dues
- Maintain accurate call and customer records
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
