Job Description
  • Provide service desk support to end users.
  • Assist users with application, system, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents.
  • Handle issues via phone, chat, email, and walk-ins.
  • Escalate critical issues for urgent resolution.
  • Log and document all activities in the incident management system.
  • Resolve helpdesk requests efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Service Desk

Language: Good English Communication Skills
