Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for handling the Revenue Recognition process for a Business Unit, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and accurate billing operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and record customer purchase orders in SAP
- Prepare sales orders in SAP in coordination with delivery teams
- Create projects and WBS in SAP
- Understand project scope, team structure, and leadership involvement
- Follow up on timesheet summaries and customer approvals
- Record approved hours and release billing documents in SAP
- Coordinate with O2C team for invoice generation and submission
- Raise vendor-related purchase requisitions as required
- Maintain billing trackers including WIP recognition
- Support team initiatives and daily operational activities
- Demonstrate strong Excel and communication skills
- Work collaboratively as a supportive team player
