- Analyze and resolve assigned AR through calls and available resources
- Use tools to achieve payment, corrections, appeals, transfers, or adjustments
- Identify trends in denials, claim errors, and billing issues
- Meet SLAs for productivity and quality
- Update call outcomes accurately in billing systems
- Follow policies and procedures and stay updated with changes
- Improve performance based on feedback and quality audits

Qualification: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths)
