Job Description
The Front Line Officer will be responsible for initiating and managing microfinance business activities in assigned villages, customer sourcing, loan disbursement support, and collection management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Starting business in new villages through identification and feasibility studies
- Assisting MC-IC in village approval process
- Customer identification and Joint Liability Group formation
- Application form filling and KYC verification
- Pre-disbursement training and customer visits
- Supporting loan disbursement and documentation
- Collection of current and overdue dues
- Depositing collections and updating MERC entries
- Assisting in recovery actions against defaulters
