Job Description

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing patient interactions, appointment scheduling, billing support, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth hospital front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage patient check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate and book appointments with doctors and diagnostic departments.
  • Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments.
  • Support basic billing tasks and payment collection.
  • Verify patient details and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and support services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Prepare daily reports related to appointments and patient flow.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, privacy rules, and customer service standards.
