As a Trainee Consultant, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities and assist clients in fulfilling their hiring requirements.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
- Conducting preliminary phone interviews
- Understanding client requirements and job specifications
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Following up with candidates and clients for feedback
- Assisting in recruitment reporting and metrics tracking
- Supporting the recruitment team in client relationship management
- Candidates available for full-time in-office work in Bangalore
- Freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience
- Aspiring HR and recruitment professionals
Education: PUC / Any Graduate
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
