Job Description
  • Provide customer support and resolve customer queries via chat and email
  • Build credibility and trust by empathizing with customer issues in writing
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer concerns
  • Handle international non-voice customer service processes
  • Willingness to work in 24×7 environments (US shifts)
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Quick learner with a self-motivated attitude
Education Qualification

Minimum qualification: 10 + 2 years of formal education

Graduation preferred but not mandatory

Salary Details

Freshers: 2.6 LPA + incentives + night shift allowance

Experienced: 3.2 LPA + incentives + night shift allowance
