- Provide customer support and resolve customer queries via chat and email
- Build credibility and trust by empathizing with customer issues in writing
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer concerns
- Handle international non-voice customer service processes
- Willingness to work in 24×7 environments (US shifts)
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner with a self-motivated attitude
Minimum qualification: 10 + 2 years of formal education
Graduation preferred but not mandatory
Freshers: 2.6 LPA + incentives + night shift allowance
Experienced: 3.2 LPA + incentives + night shift allowance
