Job Description

Role: Service Desk Analyst

Shifts: Rotational (5 Days Work From Office)

Work Environment: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Communication: Excellent English Required

Responsibilities
  • Assist end users with application, system, and network issues
  • Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents
  • Handle issues via phone, chat, email, and walk-ins
  • Identify and escalate high-priority incidents
  • Log and document all activities in the incident management tool
  • Resolve helpdesk and service desk requests efficiently
  • Take ownership of user issues and communicate progress
  • Maintain high customer service standards
  • Work in rotational shifts with rotating weekly offs
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and terminologies
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Mac OS, and VDI environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts including holidays
  • Self-motivated with strong customer service orientation
  • Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Support standard enterprise applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
