Role: Service Desk Analyst (Technical Support)
Support Modalities: Calls / Chats / Emails
Experience Required: 0 – 1 Year Only
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)
Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
Transport: One-way transport (7 PM – 7 AM | 30 km Radius)
Office Hours: 9.5 Hours per Day
Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills required
- Any fresher graduate or experienced candidate in Service Desk / Customer Support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting
- Must have all educational documents (Provisional + Marks Memos)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Assist end users with application, system, and network issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents via calls, chats, and emails
- Identify and escalate high-priority tickets
- Log and document all activities in the incident management tool
- Handle helpdesk requests efficiently
