Job Description
Looking for experienced graduates who can join immediately.
- Assist end users with application-related issues, system administration problems, and network concerns
- Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents via calls, chats, emails, or walk-ins
- Identify and escalate high-priority tickets
- Log all interactions and document resolutions accurately in the incident management tool
- Handle and resolve helpdesk requests efficiently
