Job Description

Kokku Proptech is hiring a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound calls, generate quality leads, and support the sales team. The Telecaller will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls using the provided customer database
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Explain KONUs verified property services to prospects
  • Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion
  • Handle basic office calling and customer queries
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in telecalling or lead generation
  • Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle objections and follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or call management tools
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Education: 12th Pass
