Kokku Proptech is hiring a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound calls, generate quality leads, and support the sales team. The Telecaller will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in driving business growth.
- Make outbound calls using the provided customer database
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Explain KONUs verified property services to prospects
- Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion
- Handle basic office calling and customer queries
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Minimum 1+ year experience in telecalling or lead generation
- Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of CRM or call management tools
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Education: 12th Pass
