Home Credit is hiring Telecollection Executives to handle customer follow-ups and collection activities over outbound calls. Candidates should be fluent in Hindi and willing to join immediately.
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments
- Follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules
- Ensure timely collection and resolution of dues
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
Education: Intermediate / 12th Pass (Minimum)
Language: Hindi (Mandatory)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
