Job Description

A US Tax Telecaller role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, offer tax-related products or services, and close sales.

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Responding to inbound inquiries and converting leads into sales
  • Providing detailed information about tax products and services
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales conversion data
  • Following up on customer requests and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in sales; telecalling experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different personalities
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
