A US Tax Telecaller role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, offer tax-related products or services, and close sales.
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Responding to inbound inquiries and converting leads into sales
- Providing detailed information about tax products and services
- Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales conversion data
- Following up on customer requests and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales; telecalling experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different personalities
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
