Job Description & Responsibilities
- Well experienced in accounting processes with strong analytical skills.
- Prepare productivity and financial reports for periodic business reviews.
- Handle back-office operations ensuring smooth execution.
- Meet agreed TAT with quality and timeliness.
- Audit international VAT and Non-VAT invoices from multiple countries.
- Post Accounts Payable requests in respective currencies.
- Handle invoice resolutions and allocate resolved invoices for processing.
- Analyze ledger records to resolve invoice disputes using multiple tools.
- Perform end-to-end QC activities.
- Monitor process SLAs and KPIs consistently.
- Manage generic mailbox/helpdesk and respond to vendor queries.
- Perform invoice and vendor payment reconciliations.
- Prepare disbursements and journal vouchers for disputed amounts.
- Maintain backup proof for adjustment entries.
- Perform invoice corrections and post journal entries in ERP tools.
- Consolidate vendor-wise payment details daily.
