Job Description

Genpact is conducting a walk-in drive for the role of Technical Support Agent / Process Associate – Customer Care in Bengaluru.

Candidates will provide technical support via Call, Chat, and Email for hardware and OEM products including laptops and desktop systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware, processors, wireless, graphics, and OEM products
  • Troubleshoot issues via Call, Chat, and Email
  • Perform Remote Access Sessions when required
  • Handle 25–30 calls per day with AHT of 6–9 minutes
  • Follow up with customers via email and phone
  • Create knowledge base articles for resolved issues
  • Identify and own process improvement initiatives
Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Any graduate except Law or Diploma holders
  • B.Tech / BCA / BSc Computer Science preferred
  • Fluency in required languages
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Understanding of desktop, server hardware, and networking basics
  • Customer service and process improvement mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
