Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls professionally with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent communication in English along with Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu
  • Maintain exceptional phone etiquette
  • Ensure punctual login hours (10 hours total, 9 hours production)
  • Adhere strictly to break schedules
  • Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates
  • Work location: Ohri Towers, Regimental Bazaar, Shivaji Nagar, Secunderabad
