This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Process Executive. The candidate will be responsible for confident communication over phone and email, handling escalations, following up to ensure resolution, managing a heavy workload under tight deadlines, following up with customers on invoice-related issues, managing invoice aging, and researching and resolving customer disputes.
This is a night shift, work-from-office role.
