Job Description
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements
  • Book appointments for patients
  • Explain healthcare packages clearly to customers
Work Schedule
  • 5-day working with 2 split week offs
  • Rotational shifts for male employees
  • Day rotational shifts for female employees
  • No cab facility provided
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
